It is a joyful time of year with the holidays fast approaching and we are thankful for friends like you. The KDS DAR School annual “Snowflake Campaign” is underway with teachers, librarians, local DAR members, and friends shopping for our students who need a little extra Christmas cheer this year. As you are counting your blessings this season, we ask that you remember KDS in your year-end giving so that we may provide a Merry Christmas for Gunter Mountain children who are in need.
The KDS Snowflake Holiday Giving Campaign helps ease the financial burden felt by many of our Gunter Mountain families during the holidays and allows them to focus on the true meaning of the season. KDS school counselors have identified at least 50 children in need of assistance, and this year alone, cash contributions exceeding $10,000 are needed so that each one of them can experience the magic of Christmas.
